      Are you fluent in Spanish and have a background in mortgage lending as a Licensed Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant, or experienced Loan Processor? Are you looking for a stable, team-oriented opportunity where your skills will be valued?

      We're hiring a bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to support a top-producing loan origination team in our Su Casa Loans division at Premier Lending. You'll work directly with our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient loan processing from application to close.

      What You'll Do:
      • Track and follow up with leads daily
      • Assist with taking and processing loan applications
      • Provide customer support and loan status updates
      • Help manage paperwork, disclosures, and conditions
      • Work hand-in-hand with an experienced bilingual loan origination team

      • Licensed Loan Officers who thrive at originating but prefer support with lead generation
      • Loan Officer Assistants with excellent attention to detail and time management
      • Experienced Loan Processors (must be bilingual) willing to obtain a license - we'll help you get there!

      Responsibilities
      • Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service
      • Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc.
      • Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the loan originator
      • Be the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and our clients and schedule meetings to discuss outstanding items
      • Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork

      Qualifications
      • Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients
      • 2-3 years of professional office environment and administration or mortgage experience preferred
      • College degree in finance or banking preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required
      • MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred
      • Possess an understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc.
