What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for new buyers through phone, text, and email communications
- Track and convert inbound warm leads while setting expectations and building rapport with clients
- Guide clients through document uploads and complete applications using Encompass for pre-approvals
- Maintain regular communication with pre-approved clients, active homebuyers, and referral partners
- Collaborate with the loan officer and participate in team meetings to enhance systems and workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a preference for front-end experience
- Solid understanding of DU/LP and pre-approval workflows
- Experience with correspondent/wholesale lenders and ability to read guidelines
- Proficient in CRM software, Excel, and general technology skills
- Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- NMLS license or willingness to obtain one
- Familiarity with SimpleNexus and Encompass software
- Experience in building or improving lead follow-up systems
- Strong knowledge of purchase loans, including Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
