What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer questions about transactions for clients and company employees to help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist with administrative duties such as making and screening calls, and booking appointments
- Act as the primary contact between clients and the employer, and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues
- Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation for verifications and underwriting
- Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculations, then report any discrepancies to the loan originator
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of loan origination or loan officer assistant experience is required
- Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/fixed, and commercial loans
- NMLS license is preferred, but not required

- Previous experience in a mortgage lending environment
- Familiarity with underwriting processes and documentation requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using loan origination software
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
