Job Description
- Req#: 3379405
- Support Mortgage Loan Officers with both sales and loan processing tasks.
- Set up mortgage applications and analyze borrower information.
- Pull credit, run Automated Underwriting, and price loans.
- Help borrowers understand financing options and lock loans.
- Communicate with borrowers, realtors, title companies, and other third parties.
- Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Provide status updates to clients and partners throughout the loan process.
- Stay informed on investor guidelines and loan programs.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
- Willingness to take initiative and support your team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree or equivalent; or two years of mortgage industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Knowledge of mortgage loan origination, underwriting, and compliance processes preferred.
