      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise day-to-day activities related to loan origination functions for a team of Mortgage Loan Originators
      - Ensure timely acquisition of documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing
      - Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to promote loan volume
      - Actively participate in local and state mortgage banking and realtor trade associations
      - Recruit and develop new talent while fostering positive employee engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Two or more years of mortgage sales experience
      - National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration as per the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial information
      - Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills
      - Thorough knowledge of mortgage products/services and current market trends
      - Basic knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements for various mortgage insurance companies
      - Familiarity with local, state, and national laws related to mortgage operations
      - Experience in customer service and strong relationship-building skills
