      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and emails related to FHA guidelines and procedures
      - Utilize mortgage industry knowledge to find answers in a knowledge database for client inquiries
      - Adhere to standard operating procedures for various topics and communication channels
      - Document all interactions in a database for record-keeping
      - Stay updated on FHA mortgage processes and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
      - Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience (e.g., loan originator, loan processor, junior underwriter, loan officer)
      - Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience
      - Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, including a credit check and background investigation
      - Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday - Friday, based on business needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge or background in FHA guidelines
      - Experience in a contact center environment (Omnichannel)
