What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and emails related to FHA guidelines and procedures
- Utilize a knowledge database to find answers and address client requests
- Follow standard operating procedures across various topics and contact channels
- Document all interactions in a database for record-keeping
- Stay updated on FHA mortgage processes and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of mortgage servicing work history (e.g., loan servicing specialist, loss mitigation specialist)
- Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, including a credit check and background investigation
- Excellent time management skills and keyboard proficiency of at least 40 words per minute
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge or experience with FHA policies and procedures
- Experience in a contact center environment (Omnichannel)
