What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage a database to document and track mortgage servicing corporate advances and recoveries
- Analyze data requirements and design database schema to meet system requirements
- Gather, analyze, and normalize information related to business processes to evaluate data credibility
- Design and develop data architecture that supports business information needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Thorough understanding of the mortgage servicing corporate advances process
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive data analyst experience in mortgage servicing portfolios and operations
- Experience with business intelligence platforms and other BI tools
- Intermediate-level experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A bachelor's degree in finance or an analytical discipline is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Access, PL/SQL, or T-SQL is a plus
