REQUIREMENTS
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering with Supply Chain Management Experience required
Years of Experience:
· 5 years of Purchasing, with high value negotiations
· 3 years of management of an indirect material crib
Other Requirements:
· Work beyond the traditional 40 hours per week may be required as work load or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays
· Cooperate within teams to carry out tasks and responsibilities
· Valid Driver’s License for business related travel (50%)
KEY COMPETENCIES
· Advanced/Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
· Excellent Customer Service attributes
· Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis
· Excellent Analytical Skills
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within internal and external areas such as Commercial, Finance, Engineering, Production and Suppliers
· Ability to effectively lead using the Servant Leadership model
