What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, train, coach, and lead a team of sales representatives
- Inspect roofs, meet with clients, canvass neighborhoods, and generate new leads
- Develop agendas, lead celebratory meetings, and motivate a field sales team
- Establish individual sales quotas and track performance against expectations
- Drive lead generation and/or qualification standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience
- Ability to execute sales, teach and train sales teams, and foster teamwork
- Management skills, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and lead generation skills
- Interpersonal skills, including motivational leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in storm restoration services or a related field
- Strong track record of exceeding sales goals
- Knowledge of the insurance claims process
- Experience in mentoring and inspiring a team
- Certifications in sales or leadership training
