As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

      We are looking for a motivated Multi-State Sales Representative to expand our market presence across several states including Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. This role involves significant travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent SFS Group USA, Inc. Division Automotive in multiple regions.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
      • Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate product solutions.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
      • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
      • Provide technical support and product training to clients, demonstrating the benefits and application of our blind rivet nuts.
      • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer service.
      • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
      • Travel extensively within the designated multi-state territory to meet clients and attend industry events.

      Qualifications:
      • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fasteners/tool or related industry.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product specifications and applications.
      • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
      • Ability to travel frequently and manage a flexible schedule.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

      Additional requirements:
      • Able to successfully pass DMV, pre-employment drug screen and background check.
      • Valid, state issued driver's license.

      Salary Range:

      $80,000-$90,000 with quarterly bonus potential
