- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate product solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Provide technical support and product training to clients, demonstrating the benefits and application of our blind rivet nuts.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer service.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Travel extensively within the designated multi-state territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fasteners/tool or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product specifications and applications.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

This role involves significant travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent SFS Group USA, Inc. Division Automotive in multiple regions.
