What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Underwrite conventional multifamily loans in collaboration with Production partners
- Analyze, mitigate, and define credit risk based on market behaviors
- Prepare concise and complete Investment Briefs for loan approval and commitment
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to solve problems and achieve success
- Build toward credit approval and closing for individual mortgage loans secured by multifamily properties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
- 0 - 1 years of related work experience in the commercial/multifamily real estate industry
- Knowledge of real estate property fundamentals and real estate lending/underwriting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically
