- Effective and appropriate communication with client, client reps, and client employees
- Aid in team training and workflow organization, set goals for performance and deadlines, monitor productivity and growth against benchmarks; ensure tasks are learned in a timely manner
- Accounts Payable/Receivable review and approval
- Prepare budgets with cash projections, financial reports, and supplemental schedules
- Tour merchandise and Hard ticket settlement tracker review, analysis, and reconciliation
- Completion of Individual & Corporate tax projections
- Assist with all day-to-day legwork involved with client real estate transactions, renovation projects, auto and other large purchases
- Insurance renewal prep, maintenance, and analysis
- Royalty Statement analysis
- Are able to work independently, prioritize and maintain recurring tasks with minimal supervision
- Have good judgment regarding industry social event behavior and exhibits professionalism when representing company in any capacity
- Enjoy working in and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Are proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Excel and Adobe PDF
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in the Entertainment Industry as an Account Executive/Manager or relevant role in a Business Management Firm with Tour Accounting experience is required
- A minimum of 4 semesters of college level accounting, including Federal Tax Accounting, and general love of working with numbers is required
