      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the regional sales team in achieving sales and growth targets for retirement education and financial wellness solutions
      - Expand cash flow and plan participation levels within existing clients while acquiring new assets
      - Manage long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction metrics are met
      - Monitor sales activities and results, motivating sales leaders and team members
      - Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor annual budget targets for the assigned territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
      - FINRA licenses required: 7, 63, 65 (or 66), and 24
      - Minimum of 10 years of industry-related experience at a senior level leading sales teams
      - Proven client relationship management experience in public sector retirement plan management
      - Strong staff and project management skills with experience managing geographically dispersed teams

      - Excellent presentation and communication skills for effective client interactions
      - In-depth knowledge of investment and retirement plan products, particularly in the public sector
