What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop relationships with Sephora and Sephora @ Kohl's
- Achieve and own the gross-to-net budget, including trade spend and returns
- Forecast and ensure budget is achieved for gross shipments
- Collaborate with internal teams to build retail and gross sales projections
- Drive positive Sephora dashboard scores through in-stock rates and accurate returns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management/wholesale sales
- Sephora experience preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to generate and evaluate forecasts and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry
- Knowledge of consumer shopping behavior and analysis
- Project management and implementation experience
