      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and organize sales activities and customer/prospect contacts to achieve business goals
      - Develop and manage a dealer/distributor network according to market development strategies
      - Conduct farm visits to promote and sell a portfolio of products
      - Educate growers, dealers, and distributors on new products and services
      - Manage accounts receivable to maintain current receivables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in agricultural sales, specifically in seed, fertilizer, or chemicals
      - Deep working knowledge of local crops and market practices
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role within the agricultural sector
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing dealer/distributor networks
      - Familiarity with precision-placed liquid fertilizer technology
      - Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate cross-functional teams
      - Previous experience attending farm shows and conducting grower meetings
      - Knowledge of agricultural equipment related to fertilizer application
