We are looking for a National Alliance Manager to develop channel sales relationships with Zoom’s Technology Service Distributors (TSD). This position builds, implements and manages sales and strategy with TSD sales professionals, and develops business plans with TSD executives.

Responsibilities:

• Developing a partner strategy that includes managing focus partners, recruiting new partners and growing indirect sales revenue thru Zoom’s TSDs
• Executing sales, program or product training and provide marketing support where needed
• Working closely with internal and external departments and leadership to drive collaboration, joint strategy and track progression
• Tracking sales pipeline and bookings against quota and other metrics
• Building and deliver quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders at TSDs

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years working in channel for a technology company preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, collaboration
• Essential
• Experience with Technology Service Distributors
• Essential
• Experience with executive level engagements and communication
