      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and deliver high-impact training sessions for the national broker audience
      - Collaborate with sales leaders to assess training needs and broker performance
      - Create scalable learning content, including in-person presentations and virtual trainings
      - Identify training gaps and implement strategic solutions to close them
      - Support the broker community with tools and resources that promote continued learning and sales excellence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably supporting Medicare Advantage
      - 5-10 years of experience in a sales position
      - Previous training experience preferred
      - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and spreadsheet skills
      - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
