      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for large automotive dealerships using AI products
      - Act as the quarterback for a regional territory of automotive customers, including 2–3 onsite dealership visits per week
      - Guide dealerships through their AI transformation and address inquiries, issues, and escalations
      - Proactively engage with customers during the renewal process to secure renewals and drive retention
      - Develop strong relationships with customers and provide strategic contributions to optimize their usage of products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Located in the Houston, TX area
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, onboarding, or account management
      - Demonstrated experience in maximizing customer retention and satisfaction
      - Ability to confidently interact with customers at all levels, including C-suite executives
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer challenges effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry
      - Scored in the top 10% in performance reviews for the past 3 years
      - Experience and enthusiasm for AI technologies
      - 3+ years of B2B software experience
      - Bachelor’s degree required
