What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, and retargeting platforms
- Build and update landing pages using Content Management Systems like WordPress and Salesforce
- Monitor lead flow and collaborate with departments to improve systems and processes
- Schedule and manage social media content across primary platforms
- Pull and analyze performance data from various analytics tools to recommend campaign optimizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of SEO implementation and keyword strategy
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a related field
- Experience in education, behavioral health, autism services, or other mission-driven organizations
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with attribution models, UTM tracking, and lead scoring
- Ability to write clear, engaging digital copy for various platforms
