      National Manager, Cyber Security Engineering

      Who We’re Looking For

      Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Technology team is looking for a highly motivated pe rson to fill a role as a National Manager, Cyber Security Engineering

      The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and lead the integration , measure and manage the effectiveness of security technologies to safeguard our organization's software assets against cyber threats. This role requires deep technical expertise in security engineering , strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

      What you’ll be doing

      • Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

      • Collaborate with architecture teams to integrate security controls in the environment.

      • Contribute to the multi-year roadmaps for security technologies and services with senior leadership .

      • Assess quantitative and qualitative data that can be translated into Security Technology enhancements and/or improvements .

      • Implement performance measurements and service targets for security technologies .

      • Build relationships with and solicit service needs from global and domestic stakeholders and other security teams for future service planning .

      • Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends in security technologies .

      • Develop and maintain documentation related to security technologies , processes, and procedures.

      What You Bring

      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

      • Extensive experience with Security Orchestration & Automated Response, Endpoint Detection and Response / Endpoint Protection, Security Incident and Event Monitoring and C loud Security platforms.

      • Strong understanding of NIST ’s Cyber Security Framework .

      • Certifications such as CISSP, GCIH , CEH, or similar are highly desirable.

      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex application security issues and recommend effective solutions.

      • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

      Added bonus if you have

      • Experience with d eveloping and Implementing Cyber Security Policies .

      • Risk Management Experience in a regulated environment .

      • Knowledge of Cyber Security Regulations and Laws .

      • Cyber Incident Response experience.
