What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage Key Account Managers and Key Account Sales for the Climate Solutions portfolio
- Achieve sales growth targets in the U.S. and Canada while collaborating with teams in Mexico
- Provide competitive insights to marketing and sales teams to enhance sales strategies
- Maintain an updated record of customer-related activities in SalesForce/CRM
- Ensure the team develops and maintains an active opportunity pipeline for all accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 10-15 years of technical sales experience, including Account Management/Development
- Proven track record of sales development and team management
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Willingness to travel 50% domestically and internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the HVAC/R or Industrial Automation industry
- Background in managing sales teams and driving team development
- Knowledge of competitive landscape within the Climate Solutions market
- Familiarity with CRM systems beyond SalesForce
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
