What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site leadership and strategic direction during staff vacancies alongside the Regional Manager
- Train and manage site staff, including various property management roles
- Oversee Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, and property operations
- Facilitate successful resident move-in and move-out processes in the absence of a Property Manager
- Conduct conflict resolution and mediation to maintain a harmonious community
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in student housing
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Property Manager or in a comparable role
- Strong knowledge of market competition and local businesses
- Excellent planning and team management skills
- Strong communication abilities with residents, team members, and senior management

- Proven track record of exceptional customer service and resident relations
- Strong project management skills
- Eagerness to contribute positively to team dynamics and business growth
- Ability to live within 1 hour of a major airport
