      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Audit, consult, and train staff related to quality improvement and accreditation standards
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on accreditation standards and processes
      - Support the development and implementation of training curricula for centers
      - Partner with National and Center teams to facilitate continuous quality improvement
      - Assist in the Corrective Action Plan processes to enhance service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in healthcare, human services, or related field
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality improvement
      - Proven knowledge of accreditation standards and processes (e.g., Joint Commission and COA standards)
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; experience with Power Apps preferred

      - Experience with writing and reviewing incident reports
      - Knowledge and understanding of managing complex projects and large teams
      - Strong training skills
      - Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and use sound judgment
