What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and establish strong relationships with major accounts, specifically Target and Best Buy
- Analyze sales and supply performance metrics to identify and solve performance issues
- Conduct weekly reviews of account activities impacting financial results
- Coordinate marketing efforts in support of retail accounts, including managing marketing funds and online advertising
- Manage third-party vendors for displays and oversee new item setup processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 - 3 years of national retail account experience, specifically with Target and Best Buy
- Working knowledge of Target's POL internal systems and Best Buy portal systems
- Strong initiative with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with retail analytics, forecasting, and inventory management tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with syndicated data systems (Circana, 3PL data systems, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Experience coordinating marketing and advertising campaigns for retail accounts
