      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect for new business and grow existing accounts, focusing on large accounts within a defined territory
      - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with C-level decision-makers
      - Conduct cold calls, face-to-face meetings, and client presentations to generate interest in services
      - Leverage existing networks and resources to identify new business opportunities
      - Collaborate with co-workers and company leadership to drive sales success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5+ years of field or outside sales experience with a proven track record in hunting and closing
      - Experience in industrial sales, including sectors such as manufacturing, construction, and utilities
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
      - Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings
