      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and Strategic Account Managers
      - Set clear performance goals and deliver regular coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews
      - Implement and monitor tactical sales plans across residential, commercial, and OEM segments
      - Oversee relationships with national and regional strategic accounts
      - Collaborate with marketing on national campaigns and product launches

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
      - 8+ years of progressive sales experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or building materials industries
      - 3+ years managing field sales teams or regional managers
      - Strong knowledge of two-step distribution, contractor-driven sales, and rep agency management
      - Valid passport; ~50% travel within U.S. & Canada plus ~5% international as required

      - Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
      - Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation abilities
      - Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
