      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals and achieve regional sales quotas
      - Direct sales forecasting activities and hold the team accountable via CRM, setting performance goals accordingly
      - Motivate, lead, and inspire field sales personnel through training, coaching, and regular field visits
      - Remove barriers to success and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
      - Monitor and guide the sales team to achieve business targets and build sustainable customer relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of medical sales experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a national field sales team and regional sales managers
      - Must have a Bachelor’s degree
      - Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and sales tracking database systems
      - Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of goal setting and implementation with accomplishments in prior roles
      - Prior experience optimizing CRM systems and using Power BI dashboards
      - Demonstrated skills in presentation creation and delivery
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse groups
