What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals and achieve sales quotas
- Direct sales forecasting activities and hold the team accountable to performance goals via CRM
- Motivate, lead, and inspire field sales personnel through training, coaching, and field visits
- Remove barriers to success while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures
- Monitor, guide, and coach the sales team to achieve business targets and build sustainable customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of medical sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years managing a national field sales team and regional sales managers
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and sales tracking database systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience optimizing CRM systems and Power BI dashboards
- Proven track record of goal setting and implementation skills
