      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide training and support to the sales force to enhance clinical proficiency and core competencies
      - Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to ensure the sales team achieves revenue goals
      - Lead and facilitate training sessions on sales skills and product knowledge
      - Develop and deliver content for sales meetings and training programs
      - Assist with post-training evaluations and field visits to support ongoing learning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of medical sales experience, preferably in medical implants or related fields
      - Proven ability to drive sales through education and training
      - Strong presentation, analytical, and leadership skills
      - Willingness to travel overnight 75% of the time and reside within 60 miles of an international airport

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous training experience in a medical sales environment
      - Experience in the nerve repair market
      - Demonstrated success in managing multiple cross-functional projects
      - Ability to communicate effectively with both sales teams and corporate partners
      - Experience in developing continuing education modules
