What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the Golden Outlook sales team and manage national sales strategies
- Develop and implement sales/membership growth targets in alignment with corporate objectives
- Provide strategic direction and support in managing key agency, carrier, and provider relationships
- Organize team activities to ensure effective coordination and execution across the country
- Coach and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets using data and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Life and Health license
- 15+ years of Medicare and/or Healthcare sales experience
- 10+ years of management experience
- Proven excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel nationally 75% of the year
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated solid relationships with national brokers/consultants and community organizations
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferably SalesForce)
- Experience in business development skills
