What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Mentor and provide technical support to customer-facing engineers in Hospital Patient Monitoring
- Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and manage escalations when necessary
- Support new product introductions and installations, both on-site and remotely
- Offer training and technical assistance to field organizations and act as a modality expert
- Be available for site visits and on-call support, traveling up to 60% as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Biomed, or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare/IT Technologies
- CCNA certification required; CCNP certification preferred
- Experience working in a hospital setting with knowledge of telemetry design and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage customer relations effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- VMware certifications or equivalent experience
- Wireshark Certified Network Analyst or equivalent experience
- Additional certifications such as MCTS or MCITP
- Proven leadership experience in guiding teams without formal authority
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments
