What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a cohesive annual national tradeshow strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for individual tradeshows
- Manage end-to-end logistics for national tradeshows
- Establish and nurture relationships with conference leaders, vendors, and partners
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends for strategy enhancement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in managing conferences, tradeshows
- A valid driver’s license and driving record within standards
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in tradeshow management within healthcare
- Strong project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in event management software and project management software
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally as required for tradeshow on-site execution
