What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write engaging content for NCVPS courses to meet North Carolina standards
- Attend collaborative Zoom sessions and face-to-face meetings
- Follow NCVPS requirements and federal and state laws regarding copyright and accessibility
- Develop content aligned with NC content standards and NCVPS Instructional Design standards
- Revise content based on feedback and meet all deadlines outlined in training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- NC teaching license and AP Certifications as applicable
- Knowledge of course design frameworks and curriculum standards
- Strong organization and self-management skills
- Experience creating engaging lessons and activities
- Access to personal computer, phone/communication device, and Internet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in online course development
- Familiarity with Universal Design for Learning principles
- Previous experience working in a multicultural teaching environment
