What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clinical research participants and staff, providing information on research procedures and protocols
- Schedule logistics, determine workflows, and secure resources for clinical research trials
- Identify resource needs and manage inventory levels for supplies and equipment
- Manage research workflow components and ensure adherence to research protocols while collecting and submitting participant data
- Recruit, screen, and enroll trial participants, performing basic medical assessments after required training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical research role
- Experience working with the pediatric population in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in research data collection and/or sample processing
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and organization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience utilizing platforms such as Health Link, Microsoft Office Suite, REDCap, OnCore, and Google Drive
- Clinical Research Certification
- Experience with quality checks and/or study monitoring for Clinical Research Coordinator II roles
