      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, prospect, and engage new agency partners through outreach efforts
      - Manage agency contracting and renewal processes, including rate negotiation and onboarding
      - Reactivate lapsed agencies or source new partners to meet client needs promptly
      - Analyze agency performance metrics and translate data insights into actionable strategies
      - Develop internal resources such as pitch decks and training guides to support network expansion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, partnerships, network expansion, or sales
      - Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools like Tableau or similar reporting dashboards
      - Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
      - Experience in contract management, rate negotiation, or agency/vendor partnerships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience consolidating data from multiple sources to inform decision-making
      - Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments requiring adaptability and change management
