Job Description

- Partner with the Director of Network Services and State Vice Presidents to identify, recruit, and onboard new Network Partner agencies within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies focused on increasing premium aggregation with Keystone Core Carriers and maximizing revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with existing Network Partners and Carriers throughout the region.
- Utilize Salesforce to effectively manage pipeline activity, document sales efforts, and execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Promote and educate Network Partners on Keystone's suite of Network Services while gathering feedback to identify opportunities for enhanced offerings and support.
- Facilitate and lead annual strategic planning sessions with Network Partners to drive long-term growth and operational success.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline progress, and business development initiatives to Network leadership.
- Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new Network Partners.
- Educate members on available Network Services, carrier programs, and vendor discount opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and emerging best practices to support innovation and continuous improvement.
- Represent Keystone professionally through industry engagement, presentations, branding initiatives, and relationship-building activities.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders that contribute to revenue generation and overall network growth.
- Support additional projects, initiatives, and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license required.
- 7-10+ years of progressive sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years within the insurance industry. Formal sales methodology training (e.g., Sandler, Challenger Sale, Miller Heiman) is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including emerging market trends and competitive landscape.
- Established relationships with agency owners and key industry contacts throughout the assigned territory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, and strategic business development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop presentations and written content for publication or distribution.
- Ability to travel approximately 40-60%, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
- Flexibility to work extended or non-traditional hours as business needs require.

Network Regional Sales Director (Mid-South Region)
Position Summary:
Keystone is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Network Regional Sales Director to support continued growth throughout the Mid-South Region. This individual will be responsible for driving new business development, strengthening agency and carrier relationships, and accelerating profitable organic growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be remotely based in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, or Missouri and possess a strong background in insurance distribution, agency development, and strategic sales execution.
