      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territories through compliant engagement with healthcare professionals
      - Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate and engage healthcare providers
      - Utilize assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives, customizing discussions based on customer needs
      - Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement local business plans that align with strategic objectives
      - Maintain current market knowledge and share insights with internal teams to enhance business strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 1 year of documented success in B2B sales experience; previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales preferred
      - Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
      - Proven ability to adapt to evolving environments and overcome challenges
      - Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in antipsychotic and/or bi-polar sales
      - Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess progress and identify opportunities
      - Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
