      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagement with healthcare professionals
      - Develop and maintain superior product and disease state knowledge to educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy
      - Customize client interactions based on customer needs while adhering to compliance guidelines
      - Collaborate with District Manager to create and implement a local business plan that achieves business objectives
      - Provide timely and accurate management of sales data and administrative tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; previous pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience preferred
      - Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and their caregivers
      - Ability to analyze data to assess progress and identify new opportunities
      - Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in antipsychotic and/or bipolar sales
      - Proven ability to establish new customer relationships and communicate technical information effectively
      - Experience adapting to evolving environments, such as during the Covid-19 pandemic
      - Strong self-motivation and initiative with excellent decision-making skills
      - Familiarity with telemedicine and virtual selling environments
