      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory by engaging healthcare professionals both in-person and virtually
      - Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy
      - Utilize budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives while maintaining compliance with ethical guidelines
      - Collaborate with District Manager to create and implement local business plans that ensure achievement of all business objectives
      - Provide timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales data, and customer objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
      - Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; previous experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred
      - Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and caregivers, demonstrating patient-centricity
      - Ability to adapt to evolving environments and telemedicine practices
      - Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in antipsychotic and/or bipolar sales
      - Proven track record in establishing new customer relationships and effectively communicating technical information
      - Strong analytical skills to assess data and diagnose performance issues
      - Experience in a fast-paced, changing work environment
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including meetings outside of normal working hours
