What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within your assigned territory by engaging healthcare professionals both in-person and virtually
- Develop comprehensive product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals
- Utilize assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives while customizing client interactions based on their needs
- Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and implement a local business plan that ensures achievement of business objectives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market, practice structures, and key influencers, sharing insights with internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales, with preference for experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales
- Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
- Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives and identify new opportunities
- Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales is a plus
- Proven track record of success in adapting to evolving environments
- Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
- High integrity and adherence to compliance policies and procedures
- Strong sense of self-motivation and initiative
