      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory through ethical engagement with healthcare professionals
      - Customize discussions and client interactions based on customer needs while adhering to compliance guidelines
      - Maintain an understanding of local market dynamics and share insights with internal stakeholders
      - Contribute to the development of local business plans in collaboration with the Regional Business Manager
      - Provide accurate administrative management of work hours, sales data, and customer objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales required; 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
      - Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
      - High integrity and adherence to compliance policies and procedures
      - Ability to adapt to changing environments and analyze data to assess progress against objectives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in launching antipsychotic and/or bi-polar medications
      - Proven track record of success in establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
      - Ability to thrive in a virtual and telemedicine environment
      - Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
      - Demonstrated success in learning and adapting to evolving market conditions
