      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory by engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) both in-person and virtually
      - Customize discussions and interactions based on customer needs in compliance with ethical guidelines
      - Maintain an understanding of local market dynamics and share insights with internal stakeholders
      - Collaborate with regional business managers to develop and implement local business plans
      - Manage administrative responsibilities, including sales data reporting and customer objectives tracking

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales required; 3+ years preferred in specialty pharmaceuticals
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a valid driver's license
      - Strong desire to improve patient lives and a commitment to high integrity and compliance
      - Proven ability to adapt to evolving environments and overcome challenges
      - Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess progress and identify new opportunities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in launching antipsychotic or bi-polar medications
      - Established relationships with healthcare professionals in the neuroscience field
      - Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
      - Experience with telemedicine and virtual sales environments
