What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within the assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagement with healthcare professionals and mental health community centers
- Utilize assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives and customize client interactions based on their needs
- Maintain an understanding of local market dynamics, practice structures, and key influencers, sharing insights with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager to develop and implement local business plans that capitalize on formulary approvals and business opportunities
- Provide accurate administrative management of sales call data, customer objectives, and expense reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales; 3+ years preferred in specialty pharmaceuticals
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; must possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Strong commitment to improving the lives of patients and caregivers, demonstrating patient-centricity
- High integrity and adherence to compliance policies and procedures
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess progress against objectives and identify new opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales
- Proven track record of success in adapting to evolving environments, including telemedicine and virtual settings
- Strong decision-making judgment and excellent collaboration skills
- Experience establishing new customer relationships and effectively communicating technical information
