      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
      - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key stakeholders
      - Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
      - Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to enhance product promotion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related fields
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales performance
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residence in the assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
      - Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
      - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
      - Strong project management and analytical skills
