What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare professionals
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and disease states to effectively educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy
- Manage and allocate budgets to achieve territory objectives while tailoring client interactions to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with District Manager to develop a local business plan to capitalize on formulary approvals and business opportunities
- Provide timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, and customer objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; previous experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales preferred
- Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and caregivers
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess progress against objectives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
- Track record of success in adapting to evolving environments, such as telemedicine and virtual interactions
- Proven ability to establish new customer relationships and communicate technical information effectively
