What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare professionals
- Develop comprehensive product and disease state knowledge to engage in clinical discussions with healthcare providers
- Manage assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives in a compliant and ethical manner
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and implement local business plans that align with corporate objectives
- Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales activities, including customer interactions and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales experience; experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred
- Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and their caregivers, demonstrating patient-centricity
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in evolving environments, such as telemedicine
- Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales of antipsychotic and/or bi-polar medications
- Proven track record in establishing new customer relationships and conveying technical information effectively
- Familiarity with data analysis to assess performance against objectives and identify new opportunities
