**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory through in-person and virtual calls on healthcare professionals
- Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to engage healthcare professionals in clinical discussions
- Manage assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives and customize client interactions
- Maintain current understanding of local market dynamics and share insights with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with District Manager to create and implement a local business plan that aligns with corporate objectives
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals or medical device sales preferred
- Proven ability to establish new customer relationships and effectively communicate technical information
- Strong motivation and initiative with excellent decision-making and collaboration skills
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience in antipsychotic or bipolar sales is a plus
- Ability to analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
- Experience adapting to evolving environments, such as telemedicine or virtual sales
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centricity and ethical compliance
