What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals (HCPs) regarding product access and patient care guidance
- Utilize virtual and digital tools to engage customers and direct them to appropriate colleagues
- Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider discussions to gather insights on patient outcomes
- Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead to inform local strategy and business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt targeting and call point plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
- Experience working in a sales role with HCPs, ideally representing multiple products
- Ability to work in a transforming and ambiguous environment
- Proven track record in coaching, training, and mentoring peers or others
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD
- Experience launching a new product or indication
- Previous cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences or related fields
- Strong ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information
