What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) through various virtual and digital tools
- Facilitate speaker programs and organize discussions among local provider groups
- Elevate market insights and feedback to the Area Business Lead
- Conduct proactive outreach on product access and patient care guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform local strategy and business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
- Experience working with healthcare providers and representing multiple products
- Ability to work in a transforming and ambiguous environment
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with regulatory standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD
- Experience launching a new product or new indication
- Proven track record in coaching, training, and mentoring peers
- Understanding of competitive data and business reports
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
